2) Ecology classes

More than 12,000 students in 100 communities receive monthly ecology classes from Grupo Ecológico educators as part of their schools´ regular class schedule. The classes address themes that deal with the students´ natural surroundings. During each school cycle, the children receive nine information sessions and participate in activities such as gardening, clean-up campaigns and bird watching.
