Training degrees
I
Promoters and citizens:
This level of training is adapted for
local training needs, be it the employees of local institutions
or the diverse people of the local society.
II
Local and national teachers:
The center will
offer local and national teacher training in educational
materials and skills necessary for teaching the principles of
sustainability.
III
Employees from other protected areas, NGOs and related
institutions:
With almost 20 years of
conservation work and protection of the natural resources of the
area, we have ample experience which can be applied in other
rural and protected areas.
IV
Employees from the three tiers of government:
The administration of a
protected area requires ample interinstitutional coordination as
well as requiring diverse jobs and skills in the employees of
different government institutions. After 10 years, the reserve
has accumulated valuable experience in this area.
V
National and international students:
These students
will have a unique experience, receiving practical as well as
theoretical training. They will learn about and participate in
the daily field activities of a natural protected area with
exemplary social participation, and a unique model of co-management
shared between the government and civil society.
